  • This package is available both as a single month, or as a recurring month-to-month program.

3-Month Premier Package

Designed for maximal goal crushing impact.

  • Included are two 1-hour sessions per week.
  • At the end of 3 months, our goal is for you to increase strength, decrease joint pain, increase fat loss, improve mood, bring your hunger, energy, and cravings into check and much more.
  • Option to make this a recurring package or stop at the end of 3 months.
