My goal is to ensure you are cared for and given everything you need in order to achieve your health, body, and longevity goals. Through easy to understand at-home health/fitness tests (or online assessments) I will take the time to explain what your results mean and then help you develop a personalized program to fit your unique needs.

12 Week Premier Package

The package that takes Integrative Health to the next level by incorporating customized health coaching and personalized functional training to target both the mind and the body. Our goal here is to optimize health and establish a strong foundation for life-lasting change.

  • Why 12 weeks? 12 weeks is the ideal amount of time it takes to create life-lasting sustainable change.
  • Includes 2x/week 1:1 Virtual or In-Person strength training and/or yoga.
  • Includes a FREE Minerals & Metals at-home lab test, Daily Foundation Nutritional Support shakes and supplements. (Valued at $500).
  • Each session will target your unique goals through Grounded’s 3-F Framework – Focus | Fitness | Fuel and Dr. Stephen Cabral's DESTRESS Protocol.
  • You can expect to feel increased strength and energy, better sleep, improved mobility, and more.
  • You will have unlimited support throughout our 12 weeks together via virtual calls, e-mail and text. 
  • In just 12 short weeks you will begin to reverse the havoc stress has caused on both your body and your mindset, whether it is hormone imbalances, banishing bloat, finding balance between your diet and working out, understanding what foundational supplements you need, or all of the above.
  • 3 Comprehensive Planning and Assessment Sessions
  • 21 Virtual or In-Person 1:1 Customized Resistance Training and/ or Yoga Sessions
  • Four 60-Minute Health Coaching Sessions
    • 1st Appointment - Thorough Review of all health information and protocol/program recommendations. 
    • 2nd Appointment - Review lab results and personalized recommendations. Assess any changes you've experienced.
    • 3rd Appointment - Review and make any necessary adjustments to your protocol/program. 
    • 4th Appointment - Discuss how to keep going strong, stop and/or add-on other supplements and how to maintain results. 
  • Weekly accountability & encouragement via text and e-mail support
  • FREE access to Grounded’s monthly 7-Minute Fitness Program ($147 Value)
  • Quick start nutrition guide and shopping list based on your goals

12 Week Foundational Health Package

10 One-Hour Sessions Package

Foundational and functional training and/or yoga to improve strength, stability, flexibility and balance.

  • A flexible package that can vary with your needs and schedule. One week you may wish to train twice, the next once or maybe you’re feeling extra energized and want to go with three sessions.
  • 1:1 Virtual and/or In Person Resistance Training or Yoga
  • Must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
  • 1 Comprehensive Planning and Assessment Session
  • 9 Coaching/Training Sessions
  • Weekly accountability & encouragement
